100 proof rye whiskey meets a dry, herbal vermouth and a shrub made with black peppercorns and balsamic vinegar.⁠⠀

You can try it for yourself at London’s Crossroads Bar, and it’s made for us here by Bart Miedeksza.

Recipe: –

7.5ml Vetiver Liqueur

15ml Secco Vermouth

20ml Black Pepper Shrub

40ml Rye Whiskey

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Garnish with fresh thyme.
