Parakeet – Kirsch & Melon Cocktail

This one’s light, fruity and juicy!

The base spirit in this recipe is kirsch, an unsweetened eau de vie distilled from cherries, and it’s joined by fino sherry, elderflower liqueur, honeydew melon juice and a touch of orgeat (almond syrup).

Oregami – Gin, Gooseberry & Oregano Cocktail

Sweet, sour and herbal, this gin cocktail is perfectly balanced and fully delicious! It’s also got some serious sustainability credentials, using leftover champagne and fresh oregano grown in house to create the drink’s star ingredient.

Tom Collins – Gin Cocktail In A Can!

The cocktail wizards at London’s Genuine Liquorette bar have taken a classic gin cocktail and given it a very social media-friendly twist! 🧙‍♂️

With their unique ‘Cha-Chunker’ machine they’ve turned the Tom Collins into this tasty canned version. Cheers to that!

Full Windsor – Whisky Cocktail

Erick’s serving up an absolutely delicious cocktail featuring whisky, vermouth, apple brandy with plenty of other deliciousness. The eagle-eyed experts amongst you may recognise it as a riff on the classic New Orleans cocktail, the Vieux Carré.
