Someone call the flavour police – this drink is so delicious it needs locking up! 🚨

Amaretto is always a treat, and its almond notes shine beautifully in this cocktail by Bart Miedeksza at London’s Crossroads Bar.

It’s joined by calvados, aperitif wine and a touch of peated whisky in a drink that’s seriously moreish.

Make it at home and we’re sure you’ll love it!


Recipe: –

2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
10ml Sour Mixer
7.5ml Simple Syrup
5ml Heavily Peated Whisky
15ml Amaretto
35ml Aperitif Wine
25ml Calvados

Add ice and stir, then strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Finish with a spray of lemon essence, or by expressing the oils from a lemon zest.
