Recipe: –
35ml Nori-Infused Gin
20ml Bergamot Liqueur
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
25ml Bergamot Juice
15ml Lavender Syrup
Fresh Ginger
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a large shell.
Top with Jasmine Air and garnish with samphire.
