Recipe: –
35ml Gin
15ml Rubino Vermouth
30ml Beetroot & Pomegranate Cordial
10ml Kalamansi Juice
Orange Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a glass.
Add ice, top with Tofu Foam and use a blowtorch to caramelise.
