We’ve found our Leading Lady! She’s a peachy little gin-based cocktail with a touch of gold, made here by bartender Rafal Pecka at Barts speakeasy bar in Chelsea, London.

Recipe: –
40ml Gin
50ml Aloe Vera Juice
10ml Peach Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with an edible flower petal and edible gold spray.
