Recipe: –

40ml Aged Rum

40ml Dry Vermouth

10ml Spiced Pear Syrup

2ml Onion Vinegar

2ml Absinthe

2ml Saline

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pear.
