A vodka cocktail with flavours of melon, green tea and a hint of absinthe.

It's one of the best-sellers on the menu at Crossroads Bar in London's Camden Town, and here's bartender Bart Miedeksza with the recipe to show you how to make it at home!

Recipe: -

35ml Vodka
20ml Melon Aperitif
20ml Cold Brewed Sencha Tea
12.5ml Sour Mixer
7.5ml Simple Syrup
2 dashes Absinthe

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass.

Top up with Soda Water, mix gently and garnish with a cucumber peel triangle.
