Reposado tequila, agave syrup, falernum and lime are shaken, strained over crushed ice and lengthened with a fruity soda for a delightfully summery sip.
It’s from the menu at Barts in Chelsea and it’s made for us here by bartender Rafal Pecka.

Recipe: –
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Falernum
5ml Agave Syrup
30ml Reposado Tequila
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with Prickly Pear & Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a torched grapefruit wedge.
