We don’t know if it’s a rule that the more kinds of tequila you use in your Margarita the better it tastes, but it’s certainly working well here!

This is the house Margarita from London’s FAM Bar – made here by Megs Miller – and it’s delicious. Along with those tasty tequilas it’s got a touch of honey and lemon juice, bringing the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity you look for with this drink.

How do you like your Margaritas?

Recipe: –

25ml Highland Blanco Tequila
20ml Lowland Blanco Tequila
5ml Reposado Tequila
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Devon Flower Honey Water

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass.

Fill glass with ice, stir gently and garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
