Recipe: –
45ml Tequila
15ml Chinotto Liqueur
30ml Mango & Kumquat Beer
Fresh Lime
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled terracotta drinking vessel.
Top with Ginger Beer and crushed ice.
