Lime-infused mezcal kicks off this smoky cocktail, an original creation by Sergio Leanza at South East London’s Funkidory.

Green Chartreuse brings herbal notes while a measure of bergamot liqueur adds some sweeter, fruity flavours.

Stirred down and served on ice, we’d definitely sacrifice our souls for a sip of this one!


Recipe: –

25ml Kaffir Lime-Infused Mezcal
20ml Green Chartreuse
15ml Bergamot Liqueur

Stir down with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.

Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
