Originally created in Soho, London by Douglas Ankrah back in 2002, the Pornstar Martini quickly became one of the UK’s most popular cocktails.

Here’s our version of this 18-year-old modern classic – a sweet and fruity vodka cocktail recipe with a shot of bubbles on the side!

We’re also bringing you a special twist – a spiced rum-based variation that we’re calling the Pornstar Punch!

PORNSTAR MARTINI

50ml Vanilla Vodka
10ml Passion Fruit Syrup
30ml Passion Fruit Juice
10ml Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve with a shot of Champagne or Prosecco on the side.

PORNSTAR PUNCH

50ml Spiced Rum
10ml Passion Fruit Syrup
30ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a large stemmed glass.

Top with Sparkling Wine and garnish with half a passion fruit.

To serve in style, fill passion fruit with overproof rum, set alight and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
