Fresh and fruity with a velvety texture from the addition of egg white (or vegan substitute of your choice!), this is a relatively simple cocktail recipe that really delivers on flavour.

It’s a refreshing blend of vodka, apple, elderflower, cucumber and mint – all ingredients that play well together – making something that’s as easy to drink as it is to prepare.

The recipe is from a London speakeasy-style bar called Barts, and is made for us here by Rafal Pecka.


Recipe: –

Add a Cucumber Slice to a shaker glass or tin and muddle before adding the rest of the ingredients.

5 Mint Leaves
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
20ml Apple Juice
1 Egg White
45ml Vodka

Shake all ingredients (dry shake) before adding ice and shaking again.

Fine strain into a coupe glass and garnish with hibiscus powder and an edible flower.
