Recipe: –
7.5ml Vetiver Liqueur
15ml Secco Vermouth
20ml Black Pepper Shrub
40ml Rye Whiskey
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with fresh thyme.
