A gin-based creation by Bart Miedeksza at Crossroads bar in London’s Camden Town, this recipe takes the best elements from two classic cocktails and turns them into something new.

Recipe: –

2 dashes Saline
7.5ml Supasawa Sour Mixer
7.5ml Simple Syrup
20ml Olive Leaf-Infused Vermouth
20ml Oolong Cold Brew
10ml Nectarine Aperitif
20ml Gin

Stir all ingredients with ice, then spray a chilled Nick & Nora glass with Absinthe and strain cocktail inside.

Finish with a concentrated lemon spray, or by expressing the oils from a lemon twist.
