Blend tinned peaches to make a smooth purée.

Decant and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, add 25ml peach purée to a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco.

SPARKLING SLOE GIN

Add 20ml sloe gin to a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco.

Garnish with grapefruit zest.

BLUE FIZZ

Add 20ml Blue Curaçao to a champagne flute and top up with Prosecco.

Garnish with orange zest.

APPLE & ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ

Add 30ml Cloudy Apple Juice and 15ml Elderflower Liqueur to a champagne flute.
