Irish whiskey, chocolate liqueur, dry vermouth and a cardamom-spiced honey syrup meet egg white and Guinness to make a rich and creamy sip.

Recipe: –
30ml Irish Whiskey
15ml Brown Crème de Cacao
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Cardamom Honey Syrup
15ml Lime Juice
50ml Irish Stout
20ml Egg White
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice then remove ice and shake again (dry shake).
Fine strain into ice-filled half pint tankard and garnish with grated nutmeg.
