The presentation of this cocktail is so much fun!

Cognac meets rum in a fruity creation that’s served at the guest’s table in a vintage radio. When the radio is ‘tuned’, well, we’ll let you see what happens…

A fantastic drink from Michele Venturini at the 1940s-themed cocktail bar Cahoots Ticket Hall & Control Room, near Carnaby Street in London.

Recipe: –

30ml Cognac
15ml Tropical Rum Mix
15mlml Passion Fruit & Ginger Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice

Add ice and throw to mix, chill and aerate.

Fine strain over an ice ball in a rocks glass.

Garnish with edible flowers, a gold-sprayed physalis and serve in a very inventive fashion!
