Inspired by Peter Pan’s mysterious shadow, this deliciously creamy gin cocktail is packed full of blueberries for a fruity twist on the classic Gin Sour.
It was first created for the ‘Neverland’ rooftop popup at London’s Queen of Hoxton bar, and it’s made for us here by bartender Christopher McGovern.

Recipe: –
1 Egg White
25ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Blueberry Jam
35ml Gin
15ml Blueberry Liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with lemon zest.
