Time for a beautiful gin-based Martini cocktail with a few delightful differences…

A good quality gin meets an unusual birch vermouth, a slightly less unusual dry vermouth and a small dash of akvavit, before being stirred down with ice and strained into your frozen glass.

Gin-based perfection from Rich Hunt at The Mint Gun Club. And how cool is that skull bar spoon?!


Recipe: –

60ml Gin
20ml Silver Birch Vermouth
10ml Dry Vermouth
5ml Akvavit

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Garnish with edible flowers.
