Light, fruity and floral, this gin and champagne cocktail is a deliciously delicate sip!
“Promise me one thing: don’t take me home until I’m drunk – very drunk indeed!” said Holly Golightly in ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’.
We think she’d be a fan of this drink, named in her honour and found in the ‘Sparkling Ladies’ section of the menu at a literary-themed bar called Victory Mansion in Stoke Newington, East London.
It’s made for us here by bartender Stuart Binks.
