We like gin and we like champagne, and this cocktail gives us both in the same recipe!

A delightfully delicate libation that’s fruity, floral and a little bit fizzy, it’s made here by bartender Federico Pasian at London’s Quaglino’s bar.


Recipe: –

30ml Gin
10ml Gentian Liqueur
7.5ml Acqua di Cedro
25ml Sichuan Pepper Cordial

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.

Top with a splash of Champagne and garnish with edible flowers.

Express lemon oils over the glass and finish by floating four drops of sesame oil on top of the drink.
