Believe. It’s one of the star ingredients in this cognac cocktail with tropical vibes – the Polynesian Highball.

It tastes like drinking cocktails on the beach – only we’re not on the beach, we’re at home.

Unless you ARE on the beach in which case we’re jealous. Enjoy it and wear sunscreen. 😎

Recipe: –

30ml Cognac

20ml Pineapple Rum

5ml Honey

5ml Pimento Liqueur

2.5ml Supasawa Sour Mixer

3 dashes Peach Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass.

Top up with Soda Water and garnish with banana leaf and edible gold spray.
