This Whiskey Collins is straight out of the Emerald Isle! 🇮🇪
Irish Whiskey along with some bitter and fruity flavours are lengthened with soda for a Collins cocktail that’s more complex than some, but just as delicious.
It’s another treat from Aaron Wall and the team at London’s Homeboy bar.

Recipe: –
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Artichoke Liqueur
30ml Irish Whiskey
Shake with ice, add Soda Water and then strain over ice into a highball glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint.
