Got a sweet tooth? This is a cocktail recipe for you!

Brown butter-infused bourbon is shaken with triple sec, lemon juice, salted caramel sauce and cornflake dust before being topped with a decadent sweet and salty popcorn foam and a generous handful of popcorn.

It’s also served in a boot, because at The Gibson, Marian Beke and the team like to have fun with their drinks!

This one is made by bartender Martina Breznanova.


Recipe: –

50ml Bourbon infused with Pecan Brown Butter
10ml Triple Sec
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Salted Caramel Sauce
3 tsp Cornflake Dust

Shake with ice and fine strain into a mug shaped like a boot (or whatever you have!).

Top with Sweet & Salted Popcorn Foam and garnish with baby corn, cornflake dust, sweet and salty popcorn, sweetcorn shoots and a cornflower.
