A cocktail made here by Francesco Petracci, this ‘Voodoo Lady’ uses a base of gin infused with cuberdons – a type of sweet most commonly found in Belgium. And she’s a stunner!

You can always rely on Marian Beke’s The Gibson bar to serve up delicious cocktails that wouldn’t look out of place in an art gallery, and this recipe is no exception.

Recipe: –

50ml Cuberdon-Infused Gin
15ml SV Aperitif
4 dashes Orange Bitters
10ml Raspberry Eau De Vie
Fresh Lemon
1 splash Sugar Syrup
2 tsp Rowan Jam
1 Egg White

Stir to dissolve jam and then shake all ingredients with ice.

Fine strain into an elegant glass garnished with an edible flower and an egg shell filled with dry ice pellets. Activate dry ice with a splash of Cuberdon-Infused Gin.
