Two types of rum and a whole load of colour make up this delicious tiki cocktail!

It’s from the menu at Laki Kane, a tiki bar in Islington, London, opened by ex-Mahiki bar manager Georgi Radev in 2018.

Recipe: –

15ml Overproof Rum
30ml Gold Rum
20ml Tangerine Sherbert
30ml Mango Purée
20ml Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.

Fill a tiki glass with crushed ice and add 15ml Blue Curaçao.

Top up with cubed ice and strain the shaken cocktail on top.

Cap with crushed ice and garnish with mango sashimi, sesame seeds, dried edible flowers and micro herbs.
